Competitor Study
We analysed products within the dry iron category to better understand the features, ergonomics and other characterisitcs that customers would look for in dry irons.
Focus Group Study
For further understanding the users preferences and use cases we put the product in their hands to study their usage and real world scenarios that might arise during their daily use.

We studied the parts and components of Orients current product. This gave us a clearer picture of the engineering, technical requirements and other criteria our design would need to fulfil.

True to our Vision
We maintained our vision throughout the design process for TRIO. Sharp distinct lines dissipate into seamless surfaces while the ergonomic grip and lightweight construction ensure ease of use.

Maximum flexibility
The elevated dial ensures access while the user is holding the handle. This, along with an LED indicator make for quick and effortless adjustments to heat levels.
360° swivel cord
Maximum Freedom
The cords 360-degree rotation reduces the chance of tangling, ensuring better movement and maneuverability while ironing.

The back panel allows for quick and easy access to internal components, aiding repair and maintainence and in turn ensuring a long product lifecycle.

The profile of the sole plate allows access under buttons as well as the hardest to reach corners of your clothes.

Expertly engineered plastic components assembled to create a reliable product that looks better and lasts longer. While adding strength to the structure our engineers ensured the plastic components fit seamlessly during assembly. This was important for achieving a premium outlook in the final product as proposed.
