1. Concept
Using your concept or product idea we refine the details and assist with creating product requirements. Your initial concept might in the form of some documentation or even a prototype, either way we can generally assist with minimal documentation.
2. Planning
Creating a project plan with a GANTT chart helps identify risks and finds the critical path for developing an electronic product. The project plan is a living document and as the project progresses it will be updated to reflect the current status.
3. Research & Development
Identifying and mitigating risks during product development is critical to ensuring the final design meets the product requirements. During this stage we conduct bench tests and small-scale product tests to mitigate technical risks.
4. Detailed Design
Detail design is where most of the time is spent during product development. It includes electronic, software and mechanical development and integrates these design disciplines into the product.

To ensure the product requirements are met we conduct testing, verification & validation. By creating a test plan and test procedure we mark off test specifications for both hardware, software and mechanical.

Ever seen those small marks on the back of a product? We work with testing labs to make sure your product meets certification requirements and standards for various regions. We also conduct in-house pre-compliance testing, which gives us confidence that the product will pass in the lab.
8. Manufacturing
Our facility is setup to manufacture low / medium volume products, perfect for the Australian market. We manufacture a range of electronic products, from simple relay controllers to complex motherboards.
9. Ongoing Support
Support during manufacturing ensures that the electronic product can continually being made despite shortages or component end-of-life notices. We provide ongoing support for all the products we make and manufacture.

PCB Assembly
We provide PCB Assembly in Australia. Our state-of-the-art line can place electronic components on boards at a rate of up to 40,000 components per hour.
Cables & Harnesses
For custom cables and harnesses we have the right dies and tools for a variety of crimps and connectors and ensure reliable connections.
Enclosures
Our in-house CNC machine for cutting enclosures is used for many of the products we manufacture. Our 3D printer also allows us to make custom enclosures and brackets.
Testing
We create custom test fixtures and In-Circuit testers to functionally test products prior to leaving our facility – all part of our quality management system.
Rework & Repair
Rework and repair are common for electronic manufactures. Our highly experienced team can repair almost any circuit board, while our X-Ray inspection system allows us to fault find and determine root causes of failure.
Procurement
Being a electronics manufacturer our procurement power is strong as we can tap into many suppliers and distributors of electronic components and other components such as enclosures, brackets and enclosures.
