Depending on the budget and the features, our experienced engineers choose suitable hardware components. These include sensors, microchips, and more.
Through a schematics diagram, our engineers represent how the components connect with one another. Most of the time, the circuit boards have more than a single functional block. But, these are represented as different sections in the schematics diagram.
The next step involves the design of the PCB layout. To ensure effective connection between components, the design blends routing with placements.
BOM represents the details of the hardware components along with the quantity. As it serves as an essential list, it helps to get an idea of the cost estimation.
To form a prototype of the circuit board, our hardware engineers submit the Gerber files. As these are provided to the factor, it enables fast prototyping. Soon after the PCB is designed, the engineers connect various components. This step is accomplished manually and through soldering.

Using state-of-the-art CAD software and in-house manufacturing we can quickly and efficiently design and manufacture hardware.
At the heart of almost all the products we design, and manufacture is a microcontroller. Our specialist Software Engineers create and deploy code to control functions of various hardware systems to meet the overall product requirements. Our Software services also extend to web and app development.
