Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role at our Tirana office for a Business Development Specialist. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for Business solution consultancy, Lead generation, market research, customer service, and using analytical skills to identify business opportunities and strategies

Qualification

We’re looking for a Business Development Manager with outstanding experience that includes:

• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in lead generation and market research
• Customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
• Experience with digital marketing and technology is a plus
• Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus
